Ted Chappell has been announced as the president of ANN SACKS, the tile and stone manufacturer and distributor. Succeeding Dian Smith, who served as president for the past five years, Chappell is responsible for the overall business results and strategic direction of ANN SACKS.
With more than 25 years of experience, Chappell began his work in sales at Lutron Electronics, supporting the company in several international endeavors. Chappell served as president of Erco Lighting after co-founding and serving as managing director of L.S. Architectural in Malaysia. Joining Poggenpohl as president of its U.S. operations in 2007, Chappell reestablished the company’s position within the marketplace, opening five showroom locations and expanding its product portfolio.
