Apple Core Hotels has unveiled the Broadway @ Times Square Hotel. Now an independent property, the former Comfort Inn will undergo a renovation overseen by Jessica Shaw, principal of Moment Design. Upgrades will include a large lobby lounge; business center with iMac computers, charging ports, and an airport check-in kiosk; and a redesigned breakfast room, outfitted with LEED-certified materials, custom mural walls, flatscreen TVs, and a 24-hour coffee and cappuccino bar.
