Fontainebleau Miami Beach has unveiled its new lounge, ArKadia, designed by Francois Frossard. The designer envisioned a mirrored jewelry box for the seductive nightspot. To that end, he implemented laser-cut gold mirrors on the ceiling, diamond shaped mirrors at the bar and DJ booth, and mirrored columns reflecting the lighting and architecture of the space.
Frossard filled the lounge with his own custom-designed furnishings, including silver and white leather sofas with banquettes tufted on the inside and round gold-colored tables. Lighting also plays an integral role with a series of vignettes and mini strobes, contributing to the club’s energetic South Beach vibe.
