Giorgio Armani is officially entering the hospitality industry on April 21 with the debut of Armani Hotel Dubai, a collaboration between Armani’s company and Emaar Properties. The fashion legend personally designed every element of the 160-room property, which spans the concourse, ground floor, the first eight floors, and levels 38 and 39 of the newly opened Burj Khalifa. "My ambition for Armani Hotel Dubai—the first of a collection of Armani hotels, resorts, and residences that will soon circle the world—is to celebrate comfort and style by providing the highest standards of design, hospitality, and service," notes Armani.
The hotel will be home to eight unique dining experiences; Armani/Privé, an upscale lounge; Armani/SPA, which offers thermal suites, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool; the Armani/Dolci chocolates store; Armani/Fiori, a florist; and Armani/Galleria showcasing select couture accessories.
