With an emphasis on elegance and opulence, the Armani Hotel Milano has opened its doors. “I have concentrated all my efforts on delivering my personal aesthetic vision within a precisely defined ambiance of total comfort,” says iconic fashion designer Giorgio Armani of his second hospitality venture.

Located within the palazzo at the rationalist-style Via Manzoni 31, the hotel showcases 95 guestrooms with small vestibules that create an intervening space before revealing the intimacy of the bedroom. Structured for use by two people, guest baths feature a shower cubicle, with discreet one-way glass allowing views from inside enclosure, along with floors and walls clad in Silk Georgette, a smooth limestone from Asia.
Public spaces are concentrated on the seventh and eighth floors in a glass “hat.” The Armani/Ristorante, outfitted with a private room and chef’s table within the kitchen, sits opposite the lounge and Bamboo Bar, featuring a double-height ceiling and sections adorned in backlit onyx. Guests also can access the spa, comprising six treatment rooms, a gym, and a pool featuring a temperature control system.
