The Fairmont Resort in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia, is undergoing a transformation as it joins Accor’s MGallery Collection. The renovation will have a family focus with the launch of a kids club, a new indoor merry-go-round, and enhanced recreational facilities. Meanwhile, couples can take advantage of upgraded spa facilities, redesigned suites, and a new bar.
The refurbishment project has already yielded a revamped outdoor swimming pool, and work is underway on new decking in front of the restaurants to make the most of the panoramic views. The property’s gardens will also be returned to fine form. Surrounded by three lakes, the hotel also includes two restaurants, a lounge bar, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, indoor theater, and tennis and squash courts.
