Nightlife gurus Eric Milon and Andre Hnatyszak have brought Baotique restaurant-helmed by chef Michael Bao Huynh-to their Covet lounge in Midtown Manhattan. Artist Andrzej Urda carefully crafted the details of the 66-seat dining room to create a luxurious yet eclectic vibe. Alligator walls, distressed wood, and stainless steel and chrome accents are complemented by a palette of subtle earth tones and carved wooden murals.
