Best Western International has combined three of its properties in Manila to form a “super hotel.” Best Western Plus Antel Hotel-a merger of Best Western Antel Spa Suites, Best Western the A. Venue Suites, and Best Western Plus Serenity Suites-features 210 guestrooms and suites with balconies, three lobby lounges, two restaurants, two pools, two fitness centers, a spa, game room, and meeting space.
“Combining the three hotels…will enable us to offer an increased range of facilities and amenities to our guests, and to achieve significant operational synergies,” says Glenn de Souza, Best Western International’s VP International Operations – Asia & the Middle East. “This, in turn, will enable us to better focus our resources and offer the best possible experience to our customers,” Mr. de Souza added.
