Chef and restaurateur Laurent Tourondel has brought his celebrated BLT Steak concept to Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk. Designed by Guerin Glass Architects, the restaurant will accommodate 180 guests divided among the main dining room, spacious outdoor lanais, zinc-topped bar, lounge, and private dining room. The design integrates indoor and outdoor spaces to create a flow of movement between the dining rooms and trellised lanais. Rich hand-rubbed walnut floors and dark leather banquettes are complemented by a warm color palette, vibrant tropical flowers, and site-specific artwork and murals. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford views of the neighboring park and promenade.
