Delano in Miami Beach has renamed and re-concepted its Blue Door Restaurant to Blue Door Fish, helmed by master chef Claude Troisgros. The updated décor delivers silvery steel tones with blue hues, accented by metallic driftwood tables sans tablecloths. Centering the dining room is a vintage Kalmar glass chandelier made of 500 individual glass ball elements hanging above the original Venetian mirrored table in the middle of the room.
