Bobby Flay’s newest outpost ofÂÂ Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP) has opened in Washington, D.C. The 76-seat casual restaurant is a nod to a classic burger joint, decorated with fiery red, bold yellow, and vibrant green hues. A central serpentine Corian dining counter is complemented by vivid green leather bar stools and echoed by a ribbon-like light fixture with brown, orange, and yellow stripes.
A floor-to-ceiling feature wall encasing the BBP’s kitchen is a mosaic of wood; bamboo; and bright green, brown, and orange glass tiles. Pendant lamps create a gradation of amber color where light shines through tiny bubbles providing a glow throughout the restaurant. Photographs of farm-fresh ingredients also adorn the walls.
