Chef Brian Malarkey and Enlightened Hospitality Group partner James Brennan are expanding their restaurant group into Los Angeles. Taking over the restaurant space at Mondrian Los Angeles, Herringbone is slated to open late 2013 in the heart of West Hollywood.
The launch of Herringbone Los Angeles marks EHGRP’s first restaurant in both a hotel and in the city of Los Angeles. During renovations, food and beverage service at Mondrian Los Angeles will be available in the Cabanas.
