Brooklyn officials are seeking developers for a mixed-use project at Pier 1 of Brooklyn Bridge Park, according to the Brooklyn Paper. The complex will include a 10-story hotel with 170 to 225 guestrooms, restaurant, and a 150- to 180-unit low-rise condominium building. The properties cannot block views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, or Statue of Liberty.
