Wyndham Worldwide has added the 268-key Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort to its portfolio. The rooftop pool features a restaurant, swim-up bar, poolside lounges, and children’s area, while the fitness center offers marina views. The resort also includes two bars, a restaurant, retail outlets, and 13,000 square feet of function space.
The property is undergoing a $10 million renovation of its guestrooms, conference facilities, and public spaces that is expected to be completed in early 2012.
