California Hotels Corporation has partnered with H2 Associates to create two hotels in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Splitting one property into two hotels, the partnership will establish Coligny Beach Resort and the eChoice Hotel.
All 78 rooms of the Coligny Beach resort will be remodeled with in-room entertainment centers and new designs, along with an updated lobby and pool area. The property will also debut Third World Kitchen and ESBar, where international chefs will serve global cuisine.
Formerly the Villa building, the 58-room eChoice Hotel will be converted into a combination of hostel and standard rooms with a personal selection of mood lighting, vibrant colors, and a host of social media options for connected global travelers. Property renovations are expected to complete in Q2 of 2014.
