Choice Hotels is expanding its reach into urban markets with plans for a new Cambria Suites in Miami. Scheduled to open in summer 2013, the hotel will have 122 suites with separate zones for working, living, and sleeping. Amenities will include Reflect, a casual dining outlet; a fitness center featuring a pool and hot tub/spa area; and a 24/7 market.
Cambria Suites currently has 18 properties in its portfolio and recently signed two development deals in New York City and another in Washington, DC.
