Cambria Suites will roll out its new F&B program over the next few months. The menu will emphasize American comfort cuisine (think gourmet burgers and entrees inspired by the property’s location), along with local beer pairings. Choice Hotels, Cambria’s parent company, says the program will focus on “cross-utilization” so that properties will have less waste and better use ingredients across the menu.
Michael DeMaria, chef and co-owner of M Culinary Concepts, helped develop the program. In addition, Cambria is rolling out new china, silverware, and uniforms, as well as reorganizing kitchens.
