Capella Sochi Hotel is slated to open in 2013 before the start of the 2014 Olympic Games in Russia. Russian architect Maxim Atayants is designing the 59-key property as a Roman villa with a classical façade and inner courtyard garden. Amenities include two restaurants, a lobby bar, a “living room” available exclusively to guests, a spa with indoor and infinity pools, an expansive ballroom, two executive boardrooms, and immediate ski lift access.
