Over the next two years, luxury brand Capella will open four hotels. They include:
Capella Georgetown – Washington, DC: The brand’s first American property opens here in February 2013 with 48 guestrooms and suites a restaurant and lounge overlooking the Canal, a rooftop pool and bar, and spa.
Capella Bahia Maroma – Riviera Maya, Mexico: Located on nearly a mile of prestige beachfront, the property calls for individual villas that open directly out to the Caribbean, an Auriga Spa, a beach club, and gourmet restaurants. Opening 2014.
Capella Niseko – Japan: The ski destination on the Japanese island of Hokkaido will surround a village center when it opens in summer 2013. The property call for 80 guestrooms, a variety of residences, specialty restaurants, spa/wellness center, an après-ski lounge, board rooms, and retail stores
Capella Bangkok – Thailand: The hotel, opening in 2014, calls for 100 guestrooms with gardens and spacious outdoor salas, along with a series of waterfront villas. A residential tower will house 350 Capella Residences.
