Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group plans to add two Radisson Blu properties to its portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The Radisson Blu Resort Al Khobar Aziziya will open in Q4 2015, followed by the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Unaizah in Q2 2016.

The Radisson Blu Resort Al Khobar Aziziya will be one of the first quality beach resorts on the Al Khobar coast of Half Moon Bay in the Al Aziziya district. Besides 186 modern rooms, the hotel will feature a 3,552-square-foot all-day dining restaurant, a 2,152-square-foot lobby cafe, and more than 2,906 square feet of meeting and event facilities, as well as wellness facilities with a gym, sauna, and outdoor pool.
Set in Unaizah’s growing downtown area, the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Unaizah is already under construction and will make up part of a 21 million-square foot master development spearheaded by Al Fahd Group. The property’s 180 units consist of 90 hotel rooms, ten suites, 80 serviced apartments, and up to ten villas. Additional facilities include meeting and banquet space, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool café, a specialty restaurant, a gym, and a spa.
