Carlson Hotels has signed on for the 175-key Radisson Hotel & Spa Martinique in the Caribbean. The existing beachfront hotel will undergo a $10 million renovation starting in mid-June before joining the Radisson brand by the end of 2011. Planned refurbishments and additions include two restaurants, three bars (one of which is located on the beach), 12,000 square feet of event space, spa and fitness center, beauty salon, and six tennis courts. Paris design firm O-Gossart will be responsible for interiors.
