Textile company Carnegie has unveiled its new website following two years of R&D. The site serves as a resource tool for the A&D community, focusing on ease of use, clarity of information, and the latest rendering technology. Branding firm Carbone Smolan helped Carnegie redefine how clients would interact with the company through the web experience, paying attention to their needs through personal interviews and beta site presentations.
“Our focus was client-centric from the start-how could we help designers realize the potential of our products while at time fitting the way they work each and every day,” says Carnegie’s marketing director Caroline Ollivier. “The new Carnegiefabrics.com is about research, realization, and the reality of shrinking physical resource libraries and increased need for websites as working tools for the design community.”
