Chef Bryan Voltaggio, the man behind Volt restaurant in Frederick, Maryland, is making plans for Range in Washington, DC. Opening in late fall, the dining concept will seat 275 guests and offer a view into the kitchen thanks to its open design. The menu will focus on lesser-used cuts of meat, game, fowl, and seafood. Range also will feature a bakery and retail shop.
