Chef Jose Garces will bring three culinary concepts to Revel, an expansive beachfront resort opening next spring in Atlantic City. They include Amada, an authentic Andalusian tapas bar; Village Whiskey, serving a variety of whiskies along with American bar food; and Distrito Cantina, a festive margarita bar offering modern Mexican street food.
Garces’ outlets will join a dozen other restaurants, three clubs, more than 1,000 guestrooms, retail shops, a spa, two theaters, and a casino.
