Crowne Plaza Syracuse recently invested $5 million to make its property more comfortable, visually appealing, and convenient for guests. Each of the 279 guestrooms got a boost that includes better lighting, and new window treatments, carpets, and headboards. The hotel’s lobby and corridors also received a facelift with new wallpaper, décor, and furnishings. The restaurant floors were refinished, and the Library Lounge was refreshed with updated furnishings and decor. The Horizons ballroom received a new interior, including carpeting, wallpaper, window treatments, and lighting. Guests can enjoy the ballroom views, which look out over the city, by hopping on a new elevator system that will take them from lobby to floor 20 in just eight seconds.
