Conrad Seoul is putting on the final touches as it prepares for its debut on November 27. Anchoring the luxury hotel-which occupies one of four towers in the multipurpose commercial venue IFC Seoul-is a 131-foot spiral staircase that connects floors on through five. Meanwhile, 434 spacious designer guestrooms are outfitted with a multimedia hub featuring a Mac computer. Dining options include 37 Grill and Bar and the Executive Lounge on the 37th floor, offering panoramic views of the South Korean capital and Han River; Italian restaurant Atrio, marked by soaring ceiling adorned with sculptural lighting; and three-meal venue Zest.

Other amenities include the Wellness Zone, featuring a spa and fitness club with pool, as well as 28,000 square feet of function space encompassing two ballrooms with a private foyer. The hotel also has implemented a variety of eco-friendly initiatives, including rainwater harvesting for use in irrigation, grey water usage in toilets and public spaces, solar panels, transparent dual-sheet glass to efficiently control indoor temperatures, and an ice thermal storage system utilizing late-night surplus electricity.
