Spread over two islands, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has introduced three new luxury suites. The 3,300-square-foot Premier Water Suite offers over-water accommodations outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, two spacious baths each with a sunken Jacuzzi, 50-inch plasma TV, and beds that appear to “float” above the water. In addition, two swimming pools are set on a west-facing wooden deck that captures dramatic sunsets.
As their name indicates, two new Beach Suites showcase the ultimate in beachfront luxury. Measuring at 7,000 square feet each, the accommodations showcase two bedrooms with their own open-air garden bathrooms, as well as two separate plunge pools set in tropical gardens. The resort also will transform 28 villas into over-water retreats with additional decking, private plunge pools, new furnishings, and spacious bathrooms with picture windows overlooking the ocean.
