Debuting December 15, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be part of the Autograph Collection, Marriott’s portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury independent hotels and resorts. At 2,995 rooms, the Cosmopolitan will be Autograph’s largest property, its first one in Vegas, and its first resort-casino. “This platform enables us to build an iconic luxury brand at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip while simultaneously leveraging the seventh largest retail website in the world,” says John Unwin, the resort’s CEO.
Occupying multiple vertical towers between CityCenter and the Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan will offer residential-style accommodations with private terraces, spa and hammam, three pool experiences, multi-level integrated nightclubs, 150,000 square feet of convention and meeting space, and eight signature restaurants.
