Courtyard by Marriott Lima will serve as the brand’s first hotel in the country of Peru. Opening in 2013, the high rise will sport a bright, contemporary design featuring 150 guestrooms equipped with flat-panel TVs, a loveseat sofa that doubles as a pullout bed, and a work area featuring a multi-level desk. Other amenities include a lobby with zones for work and socializing, a casual restaurant, and meeting space.
