Chef Tal Ronnen, producer Steve Bing, and curator Parnell F. Delcham have announced the March opening of Crossroads restaurant in West Hollywood. Featuring chef Ronnen’s plant-based dishes, Crossroads will highlight small-plate dining with a Mediterranean influence.
Designed by local firm Studio Collective, Crossroads will feature a palette of gold, grey, and oxblood reds with wood crown moldings and wing-backed chairs. The private dining room’s 11-seat bar-with old-fashioned glasswork and white pearl-finished beer taps-provides the restaurant’s focus. Additional highlights: an original Toulouse Lautrec print, handcrafted chandeliers, a wine wall, and mesquite red and ebony wood flooring.
Along with a menu inspired by seasonal southern California ingredients, Crossroads will serve over 70 different wines and a rotating selection of chef-inspired cocktails..
“We wanted to create a space where friends, family, and neighbors would feel welcome while retaining an elevated atmosphere,” says Delcham. “Crossroads is the perfect place for a business dinner, date, or simply a meeting with friends, and its design features emphasize the artistry of the restaurant itself.”
