The Hotel Zamora, the first new hotel to open in more than 20 years in Florida’s St. Pete Beach, is slated to make its debut this May.
Miami-based Cuba-Fernandez Design drew inspiration from the architecture, design, and feel of Zamora, Spain in the Mediterranean-style rooms and suites. Each room boasts high ceilings, arched windows, and Spanish touches in wooden doorways and artwork.

Hotel Zamora will also introduce Castile, a Spanish-influenced restaurant and rooftop lounge, lead by executive chef Ted Dorsey. A meeting and conference space, a marina with space for seven boats, a pool, fitness center, and access to the beach round out its offerings.
“We truly can’t wait to welcome the community and visitors to the Hotel Zamora,” says Henry Suarez, a developer of the hotel. “Every detail, color, and line has been carefully considered and crafted with the goal of providing a truly memorable hotel and restaurant experience for both area residents and guests from across the country.”
“It will be fun to bring change and excitement to this community,” says Patrick Goddard, president and COO of Trust Hospitality, a partner and the operator of the hotel. “The design and development teams have done an incredible job of creating dynamic public areas, and we can’t wait to show the community and guests what we’ve been working on.”
