ForrestPerkins oversaw the property’s recent $36 million makeover, which restored the landmark to grandiosity while adding a modern, energetic vibe. The hotel features 170 guestrooms with large windows, luxury bedding, and baths adorned in marble flooring. The Art Deco-inspired junior suites offer views of downtown Dallas, soaring ceilings, and antique fireplaces. Meanwhile, the penthouse suite showcases a private rooftop terrace, music room, dining room, and library.
