Del Frisco’s Grille in Fort Worth, Texas, has debuted with design by Washington, DC-based David M. Schwarz Architects. The firm mixed industrial components with warm elements, resulting in a casual two-story environment anchored by two lively bars. A sleek wine wall offers 350 selections from both established and up-and-coming regions around the world.
Executive chef Russ Huey serves up market-fresh regional dishes that pair well with the design, such as Stone Ground Grits with Cajun Lobster Sauce, Pepper Jack Tamales, and BBQ Beef Flatbread.
