Deborah Lloyd Forrest will serve as president and sole owner of ForrestPerkins after co-founder Stephen Perkins transferred his shares to Forrest. Forrest attributes the firm’s success to the partnership she and Perkins she created through their shared vision, mutual professional and personal respect, and friendship of over 30 years, as well as the contributions of the many talented professionals who have joined the firm over the years.
Perkins will remain with the firm through January 2013 to focus on business development, early phase design development, and client relations. After January, he will divide time among family business, design management consulting, and other enterprises, along with serving as a consultant to ForrestPerkins.
