Morgans Hotel Group and Capital Group are making plans to bring the Delano brand to Russia. The 160-room Delano Moscow will occupy part of the Capital Group’s OKO project within the mixed-use development of Moscow City, comprising an 85-story skyscraper and a 49-floor office tower designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM). Hotel plans call for fine dining and nightlife venues.
