Innovative Dining Group will bring its newest concept, Delphine, to W Hollywood Hotel & Residences in late January. Boasting a classic French menu, the 6,000-square-foot space also includes Station Hollywood, a stylish outdoor bar and lounge, and the Living Room, home to an indoor bar and lounge that features 40-foot-high ceilings set against a spiral staircase.
Delphine conveys the feel of a casual yet chic eatery as commonly found along the European Riviera, thanks to New York-based design firm Zeff Design, which executed the distinct vision set forth by IDG for Delphine. The space juxtaposes a soft color palette of blue and white, and is framed by classic archways for an open-air feel. Decorative touches of Old World and New World are evident throughout, including bistro seating in the bar, wicker furnishings, silver gilded antique cabinetry, a Carrara marble-topped bar, barrel wood ceilings, and modern wind turbine-style ceiling fans. Reproductions of white ceramic subway tiles, reminiscent of the underground Metro in Paris, line the walls throughout.
