Denihan Hospitality Group has promoted Patrick Chiappetta to corporate director of restaurants and bars. In his new role, Patrick directs the culinary, catering, staff training, and marketing efforts throughout Denihan’s companywide restaurant and bar operations. Chiappetta joined Denihan in 2010 as director of operations for Art and Soul.
“Denihan takes a strategic approach in creating exciting and relevant dining destinations for our guests,” says Danette Opaczewski, EVP Operations and Technology at Denihan. “Patrick possesses the talent, drive, knowledge, and creative inspiration to further propel Denihan’s restaurant and bar initiatives as we continue to expand our portfolio.”
Chiappetta began his restaurant career at Bloom Restaurant in Broomfield, Colorado and later made his way to Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder. Before relocating to the east coast, Chiappetta served as the regional director of Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts in Denver.
