The Atlas hotel, a 177-room, 4-Star boutique, is set to open in the heart of the Atlas Town Center at Traditions in Bryan, Texas. Dallas-based Design Duncan Miller Ullmann will complete the interior design.
Atlas is the commercial district of Traditions, a master planned community in Bryan/College Station, the epicenter of the region’s emerging One Health Plus Biocorridor. The community’s first hotel, the Atlas will include a mixture of standard rooms and suites, a sleek restaurant and bar, a wellness spa, a grand ballroom with outdoor function lawn, and meeting rooms. The rooftop outdoor living room, complete with a water feature, will overlook Kyle Field on the Texas A&M campus.
The hotel will also anchor the Atlas Town Center, which is planned to include waterfront restaurants, retail, and office spaces. The ground-level lobby entrance will be adjacent to a storefront restaurant and cafe.
