Dolce Hotels and Resorts has opened the 255-key Dolce Munich Unterschleissheim conference hotel near Munich, Germany. Adjacent to the BallhausForum conference center, the hotel—designed by Hamburg-based architectural firm Joi-Design—offers 16 function rooms totaling 16,308 square feet of space. F&B outlets include the 220-seat Viktualien restaurant; Redox, an a la carte café; a lobby-level lounge; Terrace and Biergarten, the hotel’s outdoor beer garden adjacent to the bar; and Zugspitze Sky Lounge. The property also features Dolce Vital Spa by Cinq Mondes.
