Dolce Hotels and Resorts will manage a 157-room hotel to be constructed in downtown Indianapolis. Scheduled to open in fall 2012, the property will employ Dolce’s new model, designed as a hybrid between a center-city lifestyle and conference hotel. Embedded between the first-floor retail and third-floor guestroom level are 16 meeting rooms totaling 15,000 square feet. Plans also call for a rooftop boardroom.
Other facilities will include a full-service restaurant, an American-style brasserie, 1,200-square-foot lounge, and fitness center.
