McKinney Hotel Developers, LLC, has chosen general contracting firm Hyphen Construction Group, Inc. to build a Dream Dallas Hotel. Breaking ground on the project this summer, the company expects to complete the hotel for a December 2015 opening.
Set in the uptown district, the $45 million dollar project will create an upscale dining and entertainment venue with 128 rooms as well as several restaurants and meeting rooms. Hyphen Construction Group will be involved in all phases of the Dream Dallas project-including architecture, design, purchasing, and construction.
The Dallas location will feature a chic ground-level restaurant, as well as a lofted pool deck with adjacent lounge overlooking the city skyline. In the guestrooms, the design will meld New York loft sensibilities with Texas accents.
