Duralee Fabrics has acquired the B. Berger family of companies from Rellig, Inc. The purchase includes B. Berger Fabrics; Bailey & Griffin Fabrics; and the company’s three drapery hardware lines, including Chase & Company Drapery Hardware. The purchase allows Duralee to add drapery hardware to its fabric, furniture, and trimmings offerings.
