SB Architects has hired Emilio Perez as vice president of its Miami office. Perez, who has held leadership positions with the likes of Gensler and John Portman & Associates, has worked on projects ranging from Cap Cana in the Dominic Republic to Celebrity Cruises. “Emilio’s extensive experience, deep market understanding, and outstanding relationships in the Caribbean and Latin America will be invaluable as we further expand our practice throughout the region,” says Scott Lee, president and principal of SB Architects.
In addition, vice president Jorey Friedman will take on an expanded role in design oversight and leadership in the Miami office.
