Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia, is in the middle of a $10 million improvement project. In January, the hotel wrapped up renovations on its 25 largest suites. The remaining suites and 311 guestrooms, featuring new furniture and bedding, will be completed by year’s end, as will the updated guest corridors. Other areas undergoing upgrades include the façade; the hotel’s two restaurants, Waterside and the Commons; and lobby level meeting space, including the ballroom, meeting rooms, and pre-function areas; and the outdoor pool seating area.
