Fairmont Hotels and Resorts has launched Fairmont Heritage Place, Mayakoba. Located on the Mayan Rivera, the residences are the newest addition to the brand’s private residence club.
Fairmont Heritage Place, Mayakoba’s 30 residences are available in 2,152-square-foot, three-bedroom units with terraces. The four-bedroom units-with 2,238 square feet of space-include private terraces, plunge pools, and rooftop garden access. Each unit features large en-suite bathrooms, full kitchens, and open-concept living and dining areas.
Located within the eco-conscious Mayakoba resort development, the residences are set away from the coastline to protect the more than 148 acres of mangroves. The setting preserves the more than 200 species of tropical plants and animal life, which guests can experience with private boat tours and nature trails. The United Nations World Tourism Organization and Rainforest Alliance have recognized Mayakoba as a world leader in sustainable tourism.
