Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to manage a new 287-key luxury hotel and a 40,000-square-foot convention center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Scheduled to open late 2012, the property-part of a mixed-use development-will feature multiple restaurant, a spa, fitness facilities, and Fairmont Gold accommodations.
