Perched on a bluff, the 170-key Fairmont Bali is slated to debut in 2016. Denniston International will oversee the project, translating local culture into contemporary design. The brand’s first resort in Southeast Asia will feature a spa, an 18-hole golf course, beach club, and a variety of indoor and outdoor venues. The property will also be home to the 80-room Raffles Bali, featuring one-, two-, or three bedroom villas and branded residences with private plunge pools, outdoor dining, and relaxation areas.
