Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will introduce 1,300 rooms throughout the world in 2012. The luxury brand heads to new markets next year, including:
Fairmont Jaipur: Located in the heart of Rajasthan’s capital, the hotel marks Fairmont’s foray into India. Offering more than 200 spacious guestrooms and villas, as well as a Presidential Suite, the property will reflect the unique character of the region while capturing the air of a modern day palace. The brand’s Fairmont Gold product, a hotel within a hotel concept with 38 luxuriously appointed guestrooms and private lounge facilities, will make its debut in the market as well. Amenities include a full-service restaurant, lobby lounge, cigar room, rooftop bar, spa and health club, and more than 45,000 square feet of function space.

Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv: The Ukranian hotel offers 257 guestrooms, including 35 suites, Fairmont Gold, and a Royal and Presidential Suite. The old-world design is reminiscent of a stately palace with a cosmopolitan vibe. Other features include a champagne bar and chic cigar lounge, 13,000 square feet of meeting and function space, and a Fairmont Spa with six treatment rooms and a full beauty salon.
Fairmont Baku: Located in the capital city of Azerbaijan, the 318-key hotel will be part of Flame Towers, a three-turreted multi-use building. Guests can access several restaurants, bars, and lounges, as well as 25,000 square feet of meeting space equipped with a business center that offers IT butler service and secretarial support.
Additional Fairmont hotels expected to open later in 2012 include the 300-room Fairmont Makati and the 372-room Fairmont Palm Jumeirah on Dubai.
