The Fairmont Washington, DC has completed a $2.6 million renovation to its ballroom-level meeting and pre-function space, the mezzanine level, and the third-floor meeting spaces. The project implemented eco-friendly items such as Green Label-approved carpeting patterned in blossoms and vines, as well low-VOC wallcoverings and paints. The hotel’s serene courtyard garden inspires the soft good and finishes. The pre-function space showcases a feature wall that reflects light and texture while depicting the cherry blossoms found throughout the capital. In addition, facilities are tech-focused with elements such as internet docking stations, wireless touch panels, overhead microphones and Blu-Ray players.
