Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza in Spain will open May 2014 as the brand’s first European hotel. Hard Rock International will transform two existing hotels-united by a revamped lobby and dining, retail, and entertainment venues-into a 480-key property that will blend Mediterranean island inspiration with the company’s rock star aesthetic.
Guests will have access to a spa, workout facility, lobby bar, beach club, two pools with bars and cabanas, an outdoor pool stage hosting live music, and 8,600 square feet of meeting space. Specialty suites also will offer private swim-out pools.
